FastReinstatementFiling.com is operated by Cryp Solutions LLC. We provide a filing service that helps motor carriers submit FMCSA operating authority reinstatement applications. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or any government agency.
2. Information We Collect
When you use our service, we collect:
- Carrier identity information: USDOT number, MC number, legal business name
- Contact information: Email address, phone number
- Federal tax identifier: Federal EIN or SSN, used solely for FMCSA identity verification
- Payment information: Processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics)
3. How We Protect Your Federal EIN or SSN
Your Federal EIN or SSN is treated with the highest level of protection:
- Encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
- Stored in a private database with Row Level Security — no public read access
- Never transmitted to Stripe. Only an anonymous reference ID is sent to our payment processor.
- Access restricted to service-role operations only
4. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and submit your FMCSA reinstatement application
- To send order confirmation and filing status notifications
- To provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Encrypted database storage. Data hosted in the United States.
- Vercel: Hosting and analytics.
- FMCSA: Your filing information is submitted to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as part of the reinstatement process.
6. Data Retention
We retain your filing data for a minimum of 7 years to comply with federal recordkeeping requirements and to provide you with proof of filing if needed. You may request deletion of your information (except where retention is required by law) by contacting us.
