Overview
FastReinstatementFiling.com is a filing service. Because we begin processing your application immediately upon payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of this work.
FMCSA Reinstatement Fee ($80)
The $80 FMCSA reinstatement fee is passed through directly to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on your behalf. This portion is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to FMCSA.
Service Fee ($195) — Refund Eligibility
- Before filing (same business day, pre-submission): Full $195 service fee refund available. Contact us within 2 hours of payment at support@fastreinstatementfiling.com with your order details.
- After filing submitted: The $195 service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted to FMCSA, as the work has been completed.
- FMCSA rejection: If FMCSA rejects your reinstatement application due to an error on our part (not due to your non-compliance), we will re-file at no charge or issue a partial refund of the service fee at our discretion.
- Duplicate orders: If you accidentally submitted two orders for the same USDOT number, contact us immediately. We will refund the duplicate in full.
Verification Fee ($25, if applicable)
The $25 account recovery or Login.gov verification fee is non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@fastreinstatementfiling.com with:
- Your USDOT number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your refund request
We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
