1. Service Description
FastReinstatementFiling.com, operated by Cryp Solutions LLC, provides a third-party filing service that prepares and submits FMCSA operating authority reinstatement applications on behalf of motor carriers. We are a private filing service — NOT a government agency — and are not affiliated with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
2. No Government Affiliation
You can file FMCSA reinstatement applications directly through the FMCSA website at no cost. By using our service, you are paying for our filing assistance, compliance guidance, and administrative handling. The $80 FMCSA reinstatement fee included in our pricing is passed through to FMCSA on your behalf.
3. Fees and Payment
- Standard (Legacy PIN): $275 total — $195 service fee + $80 FMCSA reinstatement fee
- Account Recovery / Login.gov: $300 total — $195 service fee + $80 FMCSA fee + $25 verification fee
All fees are charged at time of checkout via Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize this charge.
4. Your Responsibilities
You certify that:
- You are authorized to reinstate operating authority for the USDOT number provided
- All information submitted is accurate and complete
- Your insurance (BMC-91/BMC-91X), BOC-3 process agent designation, and MCS-150 are current
- You are compliant with FMCSA regulations as represented in the compliance checklist
Providing false information is a federal violation subject to civil and criminal penalties under 49 U.S.C. § 521.
5. Processing Timeline
We submit reinstatement applications the same business day payment is received. FMCSA independently determines whether to approve reinstatement and the timeline for updating authority status (typically 1–3 business days). We do not guarantee a specific outcome or timeline from FMCSA.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cryp Solutions LLC is not liable for: (a) FMCSA rejection of your application; (b) delays by FMCSA in processing; (c) fines, penalties, or enforcement actions against your operation; (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cryp Solutions LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
